What the children gain

The class is built around four goals that run through every meeting, all year long.

Joy and freedom outdoors

An hour a week of fresh air, soil and movement. A place to let go, smile and get dirty — no screens, no pressure.

Knowledge, nature and faith

Understanding how nature works — from seed to fruit — together with Jewish knowledge, blessings and faith.

Life skills and teamwork

Planning, sharing roles, helping each other and learning to get along in a group.

Patience, sensitivity and resilience

Plants don't hurry. In the garden we practise patience, sensitivity, acceptance and coping — when a seed fails, and when it thrives.

How it works

A structured year-long program — same group, same day, every week.

Weekly meeting

One hour a week, all year

Small groups

Up to 8 children, boys and girls separately

By age

Groups for ages 4 to 12

₪200 a month

A fixed price per child, no surprises

What a meeting looks like

One hour, at the pace of the children and the season.

  1. Step 1

    Gathering

Opening circle: what has changed in the garden since last week?

  2. Step 2

    Working the soil

Sowing, planting, weeding, watering — everyone has a job.

  3. Step 3

    Discovering

We look closely at a process in nature and connect it to a blessing, a verse or the Jewish calendar.

  4. Step 4

    Harvest and taste

When there's something to pick — we bless, taste and take some home.
